Senator Mike Morrell Honors 75 Inland Empire Residents as "Women of Distinction"

On Friday, June 20, Senator Mike Morrell, R-Rancho Cucamonga, hosted the 10th Annual Women of Distinction Ceremony and Dinner, honoring 75 women from around the 23rd State Senate District for their work in the community.

We’re at the top of the charts when it comes to the state sales tax, our corporate tax rates are the highest in the west, and drivers here pay one of the steepest gas taxes in the country. Yet, despite these facts, some in Sacramento don’t think these taxes are enough.
