ADVISORY: Local Veterans and "Patriots" to Be Honored at Annual Recognition Ceremony

RIVERSIDE – On Friday, March 10, 2017, Senator Mike Morrell (R-Rancho Cucamonga) will host the fourth annual Patriots of the Past, Present and Future Recognition Ceremony at March Field Air Museum in Riverside County. The event will honor veterans, active duty service men and women, reservists, members of the National Guard, and businesses and organizations that have supported them, as well as highlight legislation impacting veterans.

“Patriots” from around the Inland Empire will be recognized in categories including Business, Education, Public Safety, Community Service, and Civic Engagement. One finalist from each category will be selected for a special recognition at the event. The evening will also honor four World War II veterans and young “Patriots of the Future.”
